The BEST Vegan Fudgesicles Recipe
By: Erica Jade Health
Make your own creamy, dreamy, vegan fudgesicles with 6 ingredients and 10 minutes of your time! A delicious and healthy frozen treat that is absolutely irresistible!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 4-6 hours
Serves: 5-10 popsicles (depending on the size of your mold)
Ingredients
- 3 cans of full-fat coconut milk*
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 4 scoops Nuzest Rich Chocolate protein**
- 1/2 cup raw honey (or more for a sweeter fudgesicle)
- 1 Tbs. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Popsicle molds
* You can use reduced-fat if you prefer but the popsicles will be a little more icy than creamy.
** Or other chocolate protein powder. I love Nuzest’s protein because it’s vegan, minimally processed, and tastes amazing! Try it for yourself and get 15% off your order here!
Preparation
Blend together all ingredients, adding more or less cocoa powder, honey, and cinnamon to suit your taste.
Pour into molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. I used a mold similar to these, but any popsicle mold will do.
Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).
Notes
As with any homemade popsicle, if they are difficult to remove from the mold, you can run the mold under cold water for a minute or so before pulling the popsicle out.
